Welcome to our home. We have a daylight basement that has been converted into the perfect space for 1-2 people. The apartment has a large Smart TV, its own private washer/dryer, kitchenette and large bathroom. We are 3mi to Hayward Field and nestled in the gorgeous SE Hills of Eugene where you will see wild turkeys, trees, and birds all around the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, and bars walking distance just a few blocks away.
