Christine Turk

Founder & Owner

After graduating from Portland State University with a degree in business, I moved back to Eugene — my hometown — to join the property management world as a Licensed Property Manager.

 

I’ve always found my groove in customer service and logistics jobs, and property management is no different. The mix of problem-solving, strategy and customer service comes naturally to me and I love going to work every day.

 

I’ve been a people person (and a bit of a comedian) my entire life. So not surprisingly, people are what makes my business tick. I’m always available to listen to and discuss issues with owners and residents and find a mutually satisfying solution. I’m diplomatic, patient, and have your back.

Who knows, maybe I’ll even get a laugh out of you when we’re working through the toughest issues.

 

Over the past four years, I’ve led the charge developing a short-term residence (STR, or Airbnb or VRBO) management business throughout Lane County and surrounding areas — achieving high-occupancy rates and

five-star reviews for my clients.

 

On the back of that success, I knew I wanted to create a business that showcased my tenacity and appreciation for owners, tenants, and short-term guests. That’s how 5 Star Management came to be.  

 

When I’m not working you can find me  walking around town with the love of my life, my dog Gemma, swimming at Amazon, or playing softball in Washington Park. My friends know they can’t be 10 minutes late to brunch with me — I’m always early. My loved ones — even the ones that are sometimes late (just don’t let it happen again) —are my highest priority.

5 Star Management was created in 2020 out of a passion for excellent service. Founder and Licensed Property Manager, Christine Turk, wanted to create a company that continually went above and beyond in all the aspects of property management. 

 

There is no task big or small that doesn’t get our full detailed attention.

 

Living up to a 5 Star reputation takes experience, commitment, attention to detail and hard work. That is what 5 Star is all about.

 

Christine not only brought her talent for superior customer service to 5 Star, but strategic service, as well. We assess each property, then develop a tailored plan for your rental or Airbnb rental to keep the occupancy rate high while avoiding issues with tenants and guests.

Kamaria Eisiminger

Property Manager

Born and raised in Eugene, I pride myself in my extensive knowledge and insight of this area. With education in Property Management as well as experience in multiple aspects of the industry, my priority as Office Manager, is to be a reliable liaison between tenants, owners, and our management team.  

 

Away from the office, I have always taken interest in being a part of our community whether it be my involvement in local community service or my general love of exploring all that this great city has to offer.

Laurel Bratton

Purchase & Quality Control Manager

With over 30 years of experience in the service industry and half that time being in management positions, I possess the comprehensive skill set and hands -on understanding necessary to affect positive, overreaching outcomes. During my tenure, I have also learned how to maintain a professional behavior and put maximum efforts for every task at work. I have earned a reputation for being an effective thought leader, which is best measured by the many contributions I have made to exceed business goals and objectives. I pride myself in my analytical skills and feel that my behavioral strengths are a firm match for any challenges faced with your short-term rental. My attention to detail is a key part in both Quality Control and Purchasing. In addition, I possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing me to ensure that protocol is followed with Five Star quality every time.

In my off time, you may (or may not) find me and my husband as we venture the backroads of the Pacific Northwest and all its beauties. If I'm not exploring, I enjoy spending time at home with the most important part of my life, my family.

Matt Olson

Maintenance Coordinator / Leasing Agent 

As a lifelong Eugene resident I have a tremendous amount of love and pride for my hometown.  It's my pleasure to use my 10+ years of experience in the construction industry coupled with my enthusiasm for the area to provide excellent service to future/current tenants in addition to home owners as the leasing and maintenance coordinator. 

 

In my free time you'll either find me cheering on my Oregon Ducks at Autzen Stadium, playing a round of golf or enjoying myself with friends & family.

Isabelle Maggard

Operations & Administrative Assistant

After gaining several years of experience in the housekeeping industry as an independent contractor who created a notable venture off client referrals and word of mouth, I began working for 5 Star Management. I spent time cleaning and gaining familiarity with the properties under their management, as well as learning their procedures, processes, and standards. My meticulousness led to me assisting in quality control, and after graduating with a degree in Business Management I accepted a new position as Operations & Administrative Assistant. My experience and knowledge in caring for properties, as well as business management, allow me to be the perfect bridge between operations and administration. I assist in turnover success with my work in correspondence, damage resolution, quality control, and overseeing aspects of 5 Star’s full-service cleaning.

During my free time, I enjoy spending time with those closest to me— my friends, family, and dogs. As a 3rd generation Eugenian, I love taking the time to further learn and explore Eugene and its community as a whole.

We have a team of experienced cleaners that are on here to help ensure your cleaning needs are covered. We provide full-service cleaning to our managed units that handles Air BnB booking turnover as well as other cleaning projects as they come up. Rest assured that 5 star Management has the crew to keep your place clean and ready for guests.
