After graduating from Portland State University with a degree in business, I moved back to Eugene — my hometown — to join the property management world as a Licensed Property Manager.
I’ve always found my groove in customer service and logistics jobs, and property management is no different. The mix of problem-solving, strategy and customer service comes naturally to me and I love going to work every day.
I’ve been a people person (and a bit of a comedian) my entire life. So not surprisingly, people are what makes my business tick. I’m always available to listen to and discuss issues with owners and residents and find a mutually satisfying solution. I’m diplomatic, patient, and have your back.
Who knows, maybe I’ll even get a laugh out of you when we’re working through the toughest issues.
Over the past four years, I’ve led the charge developing a short-term residence (STR, or Airbnb or VRBO) management business throughout Lane County and surrounding areas — achieving high-occupancy rates and
five-star reviews for my clients.
On the back of that success, I knew I wanted to create a business that showcased my tenacity and appreciation for owners, tenants, and short-term guests. That’s how 5 Star Management came to be.
When I’m not working you can find me walking around town with the love of my life, my dog Gemma, swimming at Amazon, or playing softball in Washington Park. My friends know they can’t be 10 minutes late to brunch with me — I’m always early. My loved ones — even the ones that are sometimes late (just don’t let it happen again) —are my highest priority.


5 Star Management was created in 2020 out of a passion for excellent service. Founder and Licensed Property Manager, Christine Turk, wanted to create a company that continually went above and beyond in all the aspects of property management.
There is no task big or small that doesn’t get our full detailed attention.
Living up to a 5 Star reputation takes experience, commitment, attention to detail and hard work. That is what 5 Star is all about.
Christine not only brought her talent for superior customer service to 5 Star, but strategic service, as well. We assess each property, then develop a tailored plan for your rental or Airbnb rental to keep the occupancy rate high while avoiding issues with tenants and guests.

Kamaria Eisiminger
Property Manager
Born and raised in Eugene, I pride myself in my extensive knowledge and insight of this area. With education in Property Management as well as experience in multiple aspects of the industry, my priority as Office Manager, is to be a reliable liaison between tenants, owners, and our management team.
Away from the office, I have always taken interest in being a part of our community whether it be my involvement in local community service or my general love of exploring all that this great city has to offer.


Casey Marks Fife Ito
Leasing Agent/Handyman
Born and raised in Eugene, and educated at the University, I have a local’s knowledge of the city, neighborhoods, and surrounding areas. With my background as a carpenter and home builder, I have an intimate understanding of the many processes associated with design, construction, permitting, and maintenance of a home. Being a Eugene homeowner, coupled with years of Site/Facility Management of production farming, I have attained me a unique expertise of working within the parameters of both the city and county.
In my personal life , I am a new father, a multimedia artist (member of the New Zone Art Gallery), and a small business owner (Chef and co-creator of The Mac: Gourmet Macaroni and Cheese), and a baseball enthusiast.

We have a team of experienced cleaners that are on here to help ensure your cleaning needs are covered. We provide full-service cleaning to our managed units that handles Air BnB booking turnover as well as other cleaning projects as they come up. Rest assured that 5 star Management has the crew to keep your place clean and ready for guest.
